The grounds of Kumobe Elementary School in Tanba Sasayama, which closed in 2010, have been turned into a barbecue and camping area*. *Overnight camping is generally only held on Saturdays, but there are days during the holidays when you can stay overnight. ``Tamba Sasayama Sato Campsite'' has rental items other than food ingredients, and if requested, the staff will do everything from setting up tarps (shade tents) to setting up BBQ stoves and charcoal, making it perfect for BBQ beginners and families. Your child can also try starting a fire with just one ignition lighter. You can also camp overnight on Saturdays and during holidays, where you can enjoy a barbecue while looking at the starry sky. There is no site fee for day camps. It’s OK to just have a BBQ on a holiday! *Please bring your own food and drinks. In addition to being able to freely use the playground equipment such as swings, horizontal bars, and benches, you can also enjoy nostalgic games such as dodgeball, rubber jumping, and water guns (the equipment can be used for free). After the barbecue, you can move your body to your heart's content in the large playground. You can now play in the river from August 14th! It is a riverbed of the Sasayama River with clean water flowing nearby. Unlike the sea, it's not sticky and feels good!

●By car: From the Hanshin Expressway's Ikeda-Kibe 2nd Interchange, head north on Route 173 for approximately 55 minutes. The roads are not crowded and you can enjoy a stress-free drive. ●By train Approximately 12 km from Sasayamaguchi Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line. We provide free shuttle service (reservation required, limited to 2 groups per day).
