(If there is no notification, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the reason. ) ▷There will be no cancellation fee in the following cases. ・If we judge that it is not safe to use the campsite due to weather conditions, etc. ・If the Japan Meteorological Agency announces that our campsite will enter the typhoon zone ・If the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a weather warning for the area ・If other dangers are predicted and the site is closed ・If you cancel from the ship *In that case, the cancellation will be processed after the reservation date. The system will send you an email stating the cancellation fee, but we will correct the amount. [About group use (15 people or more)/private rentals] Weekday camps and day camps are available for groups of 15 or more people. (Excluding holidays such as summer vacation and Golden Week) If you would like to reserve the property exclusively or use it on weekdays, please contact the Kadokawa Town Tourism Association directly.
