The Chomeikei Gyoen Campsite is a small campsite located quietly near the source of the river. As there is no road leading to the Shiga side of the Asaaki Valley, most visitors are mountaineers and campers. As a result, the entire valley has a quiet atmosphere that feels like a hideout.
